The Senior Network Engineer will be responsible for leading consulting projects, managing client relationships, and mentoring junior team members. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and industry expertise.
Responsibilities:

* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and technology challenges. Manage team of IT professionals.
* Collaborate with clients to develop technology strategies that align with their business goals and enhance operational efficiency.
* Lead cross-functional teams to deliver technology solutions on time and within budget. Oversee project planning, execution, and reporting.
* Conduct thorough assessments of existing technology systems and processes, identifying areas for improvement and recommending best practices.
* Design and propose innovative technology solutions that meet client requirements, leveraging industry best practices and emerging technologies.
* Support clients in managing organizational change related to technology initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and user adoption.
* Provide training and support to client teams, enhancing their understanding of new technologies and processes.
* Develop metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of technology solutions, providing ongoing recommendations for optimization.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
* Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 5 Years experience in technology consulting, project management, or a related role.
* Strong understanding of technology trends, tools, and methodologies.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
* Experience with change management and organizational development practices.
Preferred:
* Master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
* Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CCNA, Microsoft, Security )
* Experience in:
o eRate
o Cisco Route Switch
o Meraki
o Aruba
o Alcatel
Work Environment
The position will be responsible for working directly on site with our K-12 clients including customers, client staff and administrators
