SoCal Volleyball Club is seeking a friendly, organized, and service-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to serve as the first point of contact for our families, athletes in house. This role is essential in ensuring clear communication, smooth operations, and a positive experience for everyone involved in our club.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for parents and athletes in person
- Provide accurate information regarding programs, tryouts, clinics, tournaments, and club policies
- Assist with registration, payments, and account management
- Support coaches and leadership with administrative tasks
- Address questions and concerns professionally; escalate issues when appropriate
- Perform light facility upkeep and cleaning as needed
- Assist with apparel sales and merchandise management
- Help foster a welcoming, organized, and positive club environment
Required:
- Prior customer service and/or administrative experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Proficient in email, spreadsheets, and online registration platforms
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift and push up to 25 lbs
- Friendly, professional, and solution-oriented demeanor
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
