As a Retail Marketing Manager (Entry-Level), you will work hands-on with our team to support product promotions, drive retail sales, and elevate brand visibility inside major retail stores. What You’ll Do

This is a full-time position with key responsibilities including:

• Representing client brands through in-store and retail marketing campaigns that increase product awareness, sales, and profitability.
• Engaging retail customers through face-to-face interactions, delivering exceptional customer service and tailored product education.
• Serving as a primary point of contact for consumer relations, addressing questions and highlighting product value.
• Generating leads, closing sales, and contributing directly to weekly and monthly performance goals.
• Attending retail events to promote products and create memorable customer experiences.
• Developing a strong understanding of each product line, brand messaging, and the overall value chain.
