What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operations Fulfillment Specialist - Springville. UT - On-site position at Cords Club?
Want to be part of a fun, growing jewelry brand? We’re looking for a few awesome people to join our team this fall/winter season as Seasonal Fulfillment Team Members.
About the role:
In this role, you’ll help us ship customer orders and keep things running smoothly at our HQ during our busy season. Tasks may include picking and packing orders, packaging jewelry, quality checks, restocking, organizing, receiving, and other hands-on fulfillment tasks.
You’ll be working in a small, positive team environment where details really matter. This role is a great fit for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable with repetitive tasks in a fast-paced setting.
Hours/Pay/Location
- Part Time: 12-20 hours/week
- Daytime shifts between 9:00–4:00 (must be available at least 2 weekdays per week)
- $16/hour, W-2 Position
- Seasonal commitment through January 8, 2027
- Location: downtown Springville (in-office position, not WFH).
What we’re looking for
- Detail-oriented and reliable
- Able to safely lift up to 40 lbs (boxes of supplies)
- Must be 17 or older
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks but also flexible when things change
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Able to work efficiently while maintaining accuracy
