Job Description
Cordova Property Services, LLC is seeking a reliable and organized Bilingual Administrative Assistant / Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will be professional, detail-oriented, and capable of handling a variety of administrative tasks in a fast-paced office environment.
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in both English and Spanish
- Respond to emails and assist with customer inquiries
- Organize and maintain physical and digital documents
- Enter data accurately into spreadsheets and company systems
- Prepare reports and assist with general office administration
- Schedule appointments and coordinate office activities
- Support management with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Professional phone etiquette
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous administrative or office experience preferred
Compensation
- $750.00 weekly
