Construction Laborer

Duties

• Assist with the installation of rebar, framing, drywall, and other structural components using hand tools and power tools
• Support concrete-related tasks such as mixing, pouring, finishing, and pumping to ensure smooth surfaces and durable structures
• Operate heavy equipment and machinery safely to move materials around the site
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to follow project specifications accurately
• Perform demolition, renovation, restoration, and general site cleanup to maintain a safe and organized work environment
• Carry out masonry tasks including tile laying, stucco application, and brickwork with precision
• Support carpentry activities such as trim carpentry, framing, metal stud installation, and roofing work

Requirements

• Prior experience working on construction sites or in related roles is highly preferred
• Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with various hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the workday
• Knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings for accurate task execution
• Skills in concrete forming, finishing, plastering, caulking, flooring installation, tile laying, and masonry are a plus
• Valid driver’s license with commercial driving experience is advantageous for site travel or material transport
• Strong commitment to safety protocols and ability to follow detailed instructions on-site
