We are seeking a Food Production & Operations Assistant to join our growing team. This is a hands-on, multi-task role within a food production environment where the employee will support various operational and production activities.This position requires a motivated individual who is willing to learn, work with their hands, and contribute to different areas of the operation as needed.Key Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:Assisting with food production, including preparation and manufacturing of meat products such as sausages and other specialty itemsPackaging and labeling finished products according to company standardsAssembling shipping boxes and preparing customer orders for shipmentHandling and organizing inventory, including refrigerated and frozen productsCleaning and sanitizing production areas, equipment, and floors in accordance with food safety regulationsMaintaining compliance with sanitation, safety, and food handling proceduresAssisting with receiving deliveries and organizing storage areasSupporting general facility operations as neededThis role requires flexibility, as daily tasks may vary depending on production needs.Qualifications & RequirementsWillingness to perform physical and hands-on workAbility to lift boxes and products when necessaryStrong work ethic and positive attitudeAbility to follow instructions and food safety proceduresInterest in learning food production processesAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamNo previous meat processing experience is required
