Responsibilities

Job Summary

As an Analyst I, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and support of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) at our company. You will work closely with both IT and manufacturing teams to ensure that MES solutions meet business requirements and are aligned with company standards and IT strategies.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze manufacturing needs and convert them into functional and technical requirements for MES solutions.
  • Design, configure, and implement MES applications and interfaces with other enterprise systems.
  • Provide ongoing support and enhancements to existing MES systems to improve functionality and user experience.
  • Support user training sessions and create user manuals and documentation for MES solutions.
  • Work with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of projects and solutions.
  • Monitor MES system performance and resolve any issues or discrepancies reported by users.
  • Perform business process analysis – elaborate strategies and plans for product implementation.
  • Understand the specific stakeholder requirements and map them to solutions available in the Critical Manufacturing MES.
  • Create configurations and customizations specific for given stakeholders.
  • Perform demonstrations of the solution tailored to the stakeholder specific requirements.
  • Coordinate custom developments which might be required to fulfill specific manufacturing environments.
  • Ensure the smooth communication between the stakeholders and the implementation and development teams.
  • Facilitate the reviews and signoff of key deliverables and milestones between the project team and the business stakeholders.
  • Oversee implementation, deployment and user training activities.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable quality, safety, and environmental regulations.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Associate degree required; equivalent experience considered 
  • 1-2 years related experience
  • Working experience in managing Critical Manufacturing MES implementations and Rollouts, master data modelling and enrichment.
  • Previous work experience in MES implementation using any platform.
  • Must have basic knowledge or understanding of Pharmaceutical/Medical Device compliances like 21 CFR Part 11 Compliance, GxP etc.
