This is a full-time, on-site role for Operators/Assemblers at our Morgan Hill, CA location. The Operators/Assemblers will be responsible for assembling high-quality medical devices, performing visual inspections for quality assurance, following established procedures and safety protocols, and maintaining accurate records of production activities. Additional responsibilities include maintaining a clean and organized work environment and collaborating with team members to ensure production goals are met.
- Basic assembly skills, attention to detail, and ability to use hand and power tools
- Familiarity with quality control processes and performing visual inspections
- Ability to read and follow written instructions, blueprints, or schematics
- Good communication and teamwork skills to work effectively in a collaborative environment
- Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks and work in a manufacturing environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required; previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
