We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our outpatient behavioral health clinic. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, providing consistent access to high-quality mental health care for our patients. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), experience working in a medical office or clinical healthcare setting, and will deliver evidence-based psychotherapy, conduct clinical assessments, and support patients in developing long-term coping strategies.RequirementsProvide individual and group psychotherapy, with a strong emphasis on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and treatment planning.Deliver evidence-based interventions for anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral issues, and other mental-health conditions.Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, neuropsychologists, nurse practitioners, and support staff to coordinate patient care.Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and progress notes within the EHR.Monitor patient outcomes, modify treatment plans as needed, and participate in case conferences and interdisciplinary meetings.Provide crisis intervention, safety planning, and resource connection when needed.Participate in internal trainings, quality-improvement efforts, and team development.QualificationsMaster’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.Active LCSW license in New York State (or eligibility to obtain).Demonstrated experience providing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is required.Minimum of 2 years clinical experience in an outpatient, behavioral-health, hospital, or medical setting preferred.Strong clinical assessment, psychotherapy, and case management skills.Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.BenefitsHealth insurancePaid Time Off (PTO)401(k) with employer matchContinuing education coverageProfessional, supportive outpatient environment
