Key Responsibilities:
- Perform month-end billing and revenue review
- Prepare and monitor recurring and non-recurring journal entries
- Maintain accurate general ledgers in accordance with GAAP
- Assist with quarterly financial statement preparation and consolidation
- Research and document unique accounting treatments
- Reconcile balance sheet and income statement accounts
- Develop spreadsheets for account analysis and journal entries
- Create and distribute reports to senior management
- Analyze financial data to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Support annual audits and compile audit schedules
- Identify and implement improvements to accounting processes and controls
- Participate in special projects as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business software applications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
