- Perform budget and revenue analysis for assigned projects
- Maintain project tracking and support project managers with financial insight
- Prepare incurred cost submissions in compliance with government regulations
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
- Assist with audit preparation, including DCAA and other compliance audits
- Ensure accurate recording and reporting of project financials in Costpoint
- Collaborate cross-functionally to maintain data integrity and financial accuracy
- Costpoint experience is required
- Strong tenure in previous roles is a must
- Minimum 5 years of experience in government contracting accounting/finance
- Solid understanding of project cost accounting, budgeting, and reporting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- Experience preparing incurred cost submissions a plus
- Familiarity with DCAA audits and compliance standards a plus
