A mission-driven government contractor is seeking a Program Control Analyst to support financial tracking and reporting for federal contracts. This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in program finance and a desire to grow within a fast-paced, compliance-focused environment.
- Assist in developing and maintaining program budgets and forecasts
- Support EAC/ETC modeling and variance analysis
- Monitor CLIN-level funding and expenditures
- Prepare monthly financial reports and support program reviews
- Coordinate with contracts and billing teams to ensure accurate invoicing
- Maintain financial data integrity and support audit readiness
- Collaborate with program managers and finance teams to support decision-making
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in program control or project finance within a government contracting environment
- Familiarity with EAC, ETC, CLIN structures, and indirect rates
- Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication and organizational skills
- Experience with Deltek Costpoint or similar systems a plus
