Senior Financial Analyst

About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Corporate Finance, the Senior Financial Analyst will play a critical role in both short-term and long-term financial planning for a growing pharmaceutical manufacturing company. This position is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in dynamic environments and can manage complex corporate financial models.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, and maintain comprehensive financial and operational models to support strategic decision-making.
- Lead analysis for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reviews, ensuring accuracy and actionable insights.
- Improve and implement financial planning and budgeting processes across the organization.
- Prepare and deliver presentations for senior management and ownership, highlighting key financial metrics and trends.
- Conduct in-depth cash flow analysis at both company and portfolio levels to guide business strategy.
- Collaborate with accounting and treasury teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Provide ad hoc support to finance, accounting, and treasury functions as needed.
Qualifications
- Education: BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; CPA/CFA preferred but not required.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in corporate FP&A or financial analysis; manufacturing or pharmaceutical industry experience a plus.
- Technical Skills: Advanced Excel skills (model building, sensitivity analysis).
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and financial reporting tools; ability to create compelling presentations.
