Cordia Resources by Cherry Bekaert is working with a well-known firm in Texas to support an ERP System Implementation on a consulting basis.
Client is searching for an AWS Cloud Developer, ideally with certifications, to support these efforts on a contract basis for now, with potential to go permanent based off of project and client needs.
Candidate will be required to:
- Implementing standard AWS components such as VPC, security groups, load balances, EC2 services, AWS RDS database, SSL certifications, etc.
- Conform ERP implementation to current client application stack – automated and re-executable package of pipelines and CDK scripts
- Developing CDK Scripts in Python or Javascript
- Configuration management for client infrastructure
- Additional duties as assigned
Candidate should have:
- 10 years of experience overall in information technology and development
- 5 years of cloud experience, ideally with cloud development in an AWS environment
- Strong previous experience developing CDK scripts in an AWS environment
- Previous experience completing configuration management
- Additional experience working to support an ERP implementation, ideally with Microsoft, Sage, or NetSuite experience
- External consulting experience strongly preferred
- AWS Certified Developer – Associate accreditation not required but strongly preferred
- Ability to travel 10-15% as needed
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
