IMMIGRATION ATTORNEY – JOB DESCRIPTION
Cordero & Associates is currently seeking an experienced Immigration Attorney to join our team in Coral Gables, FL. This role focuses on assisting clients with a wide range of employment-based, family-based, and litigation immigration matters, including removal defense. We're looking for a candidate who is passionate about immigration law and committed to achieving positive outcomes for our clients.
Qualifications & Requirements- Juris Doctor (JD) degree
- Active Bar license in good standing in any U.S. state
- Minimum 3 years of experience in immigration law
Experience with:
- Removal proceedings (EOIR)
- USCIS asylum cases
- Family-based petitions
- Adjustment of status interviews and work permits
- Employment-based cases (immigrant/nonimmigrant visas, labor certifications)
- Naturalization and citizenship applications
- Fluency in Spanish (required due to frequent client interaction)
- Strong legal research and writing skills
- Detail-oriented in preparing filings and support letters
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to maintain timely and professional communication with clients

Salary : $100,000 - $135,000
