Associate Dentist – Foxridge Dental (Middleton, WI)
Full-Time, Monday–Thursday
Foxridge Dental, proudly supported by Cordental Group, is seeking a motivated and dedicated Associate Dentist to join our practice in Middleton, WI. This is an exciting opportunity for a doctor who is ready to step into a solo-practice environment and make an immediate impact.

Position Details:
Schedule: 4 days per week (Monday – Thursday)
Practice Model: Solo-practice environment with full clinical autonomy
Support: Cordental Group provides operational and administrative support so you can focus on dentistry

Qualifications:
DDS/DMD degree from an accredited dental school
Active Wisconsin dental license (or ability to obtain)
- Active DEA ( or willing to move to new location)
