As a Client Service Representative (CSR), you are vital to our daily operations and the first line of care for our clients. As we grow, you will not just be handed a script or manual that limits flexibility. Instead, you will have the autonomy to excel as a professional, elevate our client experience, and help shape how our firm scales.
Key Responsibilities
- Relationship Preservation & Care: Deliver an attentive, inviting, and responsive communication experience. Serve as the trusted first line of contact, handling incoming client inquiries via phone, email, and digital platforms with absolute professionalism and speed.
- Client Onboarding: Guiding clients through the onboarding journey. Prepare, process, and track complex financial applications, account transfers, and legal documentation with minimal friction.
- Calendar & Meeting Excellence: Strategically manage advisor schedules, proactively coordinate annual
review invitations, and manage the pre/post meeting hospitality workflows.
- Tech Stack Optimization: Utilize financial software and CRM systems to clean client data profiles,
streamline internal workflows, and maximize operational efficiency to allow advisory teams to excel.
