Duties
- Perform a variety of nail treatments including manicures, pedicures and gel nails with precision and care.
- Maintain strict sanitation standards by sterilizing tools and workstations to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
- Provide expert advice on nail care routines and products to promote healthy nails and skin.
- Upsell retail products related to nail care, skincare, or beauty enhancements as well as other spa treatments to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales.
- Engage in retail sales by educating clients on available products and promotions using retail math skills to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Build strong relationships through excellent communication skills, ensuring clients feel valued and understood during every visit.
- Stay updated on current trends and new techniques to continually elevate service quality.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized workspace that adheres to health regulations and salon standards.
Qualifications
- Valid cosmetology or esthetician license with certification in nail technology required.
- Proven experience performing professional nail services with a portfolio of diverse designs preferred.
- Familiarity with sanitation protocols and best practices for maintaining a hygienic environment.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
