Corblu Ecology Group is seeking to hire an Administrative Assistant to join our growing company. The in-office position is available in Corblu’s Lawrenceville office and will support both Georgia offices with some travel required.
Typical job duties will include, but are not limited to providing general administrative support to staff as requested; schedule meetings, manage calendars for the office, arrange equipment rental or travel accommodations as needed; answer phones, greet visitors, handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries; prepare and edit documents and reports, maintain filing systems; perform data entry in support of expense tracking; order and manage office supplies, maintain office equipment and equipment inventories; track fleet truck maintenance; and assist with planning and coordinating meetings and office events.
