Requirements:
As a Service Writer, you'll be the face of our service department, responsible for ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Listening to customer concerns and accurately documenting service requests.
- Preparing repair orders and coordinating with technicians to ensure timely completion.
- Providing updates to customers on repair progress and costs.
- Offering knowledgeable recommendations for additional services and products.
- Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, repairs, and inventory.
- Delivering exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
