Financial & Commercial Management

  • Own full P&L responsibility for the Texas electrical operations portfolio
  • Oversee cost control, productivity tracking, and margin performance across all projects
  • Partner with preconstruction and estimating to align pricing with market conditions and execution strategy
  • Manage contractual risk, change order strategy, and procurement planning for long-lead equipment

Workforce Strategy & Labor Management

  • Develop and execute workforce strategies to meet Texas labor demands, including scaling field labor for peak builds
  • Build relationships with local labor sources, training programs, and staffing pipelines
  • Optimize crew mix, productivity, and supervision ratios across multiple concurrent projects

  • Champion a zero-incident safety culture across all projects
  • Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements, client standards, and commissioning protocols
  • Drive quality control processes aligned with mission-critical expectations

Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of project executives, directors, and field leadership
  • Establish clear accountability, KPIs, and performance expectations
  • Mentor future leaders and build depth within the organization to support growth

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Positive and teachable attitude with a commitment to continuous improvement
  • Excellent organizational, verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to lead large operational teams and deliver results across multiple concurrent projects
