- Basic understanding of Electricity and foundational knowledge in Electrical Work
- Skills in Maintenance & Repair and effective Troubleshooting of electrical systems
- Familiarity with Electrical Engineering concepts as they relate to commercial and industrial projects
- Ability to follow safety protocols and handle tools and equipment effectively
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools, techniques, and technologies
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training, apprenticeship, or certifications in electrical work are a plus
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to the work site
