Corbin Design is an environmental graphic design firm that specializes in wayfinding planning and signage design. We are a small, employee-owned firm based in beautiful downtown Traverse City, Michigan. Our work brings us all over the United States to assist organizations in addressing their unique wayfinding challenges. We work in healthcare, higher education, civic, park/trail, and corporate markets both directly with clients and as sub-consultants to architecture and engineering firms. DESCRIPTION
Corbin Design is seeking a detail-oriented Business Manager to join our team. This is a salaried full-time position with benefits, including annual company share contributions.
The ideal candidate will have the skills to oversee and manage the day-to-day financial and business operations of the firm, including accounting, cash management, ESOP administration, contract management, invoicing, human resources, and benefit administration.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience working with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite, and Adobe Acrobat
- Knowledge of Macintosh computers, Mac OS, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, FileMaker Pro, and/or AutoCAD experience is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, etc. from a four-year college or university, 3-5 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must be organized, have strong attention to detail, and be a self-starter
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Technology skills are a plus
