Corbeaux is a restaurant, wine bar and tea house in Old Town Temecula specializing in French Asian Fusion Cuisine and high level service experiences.
The Opportunity:
We’re looking to bring on an experienced Server to join our family at Corbeaux Wine and Tea House, with a keen focus on providing exceptional experiences. We are seeking an individual ideally with a CMS 1 or WSET certified or bartending experience to help us build our team, cultivate our reputation in the community, and be part of our establishment's journey from the very start.
The Role:
As an integral part of our service team, you'll work closely with the owner and GM to help maintain and manage day/night service, ensuring food presentation is on point, and help contribute to our curated wine and tea program. You will be pivotal in creating and sustaining an environment that is both welcoming and inspiring, making every guest's experience memorable.

What You'll Do:
- Act as the face of our establishment, greeting guests, serving tables, and fielding questions with grace and expertise.
- Maintain a pristine dining environment and ensure everything is guest-ready.
- Manage inventory efficiently, minimizing waste and ensuring that our offerings are always fresh and of the highest quality.
- Offer top-notch service to guests, making sure they leave happier than when they arrived.
- Engage in ongoing training, enhancing your knowledge and becoming a beacon of wine and tea expertise within our team.
- Take on varied responsibilities as needed to support the business's dynamic needs.
Candidate Must Haves:
- Court of Master Sommeliers or WSET Certification (preferred but not required)
- A champion of hospitality, dedicated to creating delightful guest experiences.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a genuine passion for the nuances of service.
- Proactive and hands-on, thriving on interaction with guests and team members alike.
- Proven ability to provide excellent service, going beyond to meet the needs of both guests and colleagues.
- Self-driven with effective prioritization and time management skills.
- Open-minded with a respectful and humble approach to all tasks and interactions.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment and open to new methods of operation.
- Approaches new situations and people with openness, curiosity, and humility; treats others with dignity and respect.
- Must be able to lift at least 50lbs
- Must be 21
- ServSafe Certification, California Food Handler card is required within 30 days post-hire.
- Knowledge and ability to work any FOH position (at least 2 years of experience)
