Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cincinnati, OH, for an Infant Lead Teacher. The Infant Lead Teacher will be responsible for developing and implementing lesson plans, providing a safe and nurturing environment for infants, and ensuring compliance with childcare standards. Key responsibilities include planning and conducting educational activities, monitoring and documenting developmental progress, and maintaining effective communication with families. The role will also involve fostering social, emotional, and cognitive growth through engaging and age-appropriate methods.

Qualifications ( Minimum CPL 2)
- Strong skills in Lesson Planning and the ability to create educational activities tailored to infants' needs
- Proficiency in Education practices and effective Teaching methodologies
- Excellent Communication skills to interact with parents, caregivers, and staff
- Experience in Training and supporting team members in a learning environment
- Knowledge of child development and childcare safety regulations is highly beneficial
- Relevant early childhood education certifications or qualifications preferred
- Passion for working with infants and fostering their growth and development
