Job Title: Event Operations Specialist(Temporary/Contract)

Job Summary
We are seeking 5 reliable and detail-oriented Event Operations Specialists to
assist with the preparation, setup, and breakdown of events. The ideal
candidate is hardworking, punctual, and able to work efficiently in a
fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and professional
attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Operations and on-site support: Oversee Setup and day of
troubleshooting to ensure smooth execution
- Load, unload, and transport event equipment and materials
- Set up tables, chairs, stages, tents, décor, signage, and other event
components
- Follow layout diagrams and floor plans accurately
- Assist with audiovisual equipment setup as needed
- Ensure event spaces are clean, organized, and presentation-ready
- Tear down and properly store equipment after events
- Follow safety guidelines and company procedures
- Provide general support to event managers and coordinators
Qualifications
- Previous event setup, warehouse, or labor experience is a plus
- Ability to lift 25–50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail
- Team-oriented with good communication skills
- Must have full availability to work on March 25, 2026 (Day of the Event)
- Must have a reliable vehicle for use the day of the eventRequired Skills and Qualifications
- Time management and efficiency
- Problem-solving ability
- Communication: Strong Verbal and written communication skills to act
as a liaison between clients and vendors
- Organization: Excellent project management skills, with the ability to
manage multiple events simultaneously
- Dependability and punctuality
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed
Work Environment
- Indoor and outdoor event venues
- Fast-paced environment
- Physically active role requiring standing, lifting, bending, and carrying
Schedule
- Onboarding Date (TBD)
- Walkthrough on 3/17
- Must be available 3/24-3/26 (planning, organizing materials,
coordinating logistics)
- Full-day commitment on 3/25 with a start time of 6:30 AM
- Breakdown period following the event
Compensation (Contract)
- Up to 50 hours available split between weeks of 3/16-3/22 and 3/23-3/29
- Hourly pay: $25 per hour
