Our security personnel are classified as Armed Security Officers (ASOs) and unarmed Traffic Control Officers (TCOs). ASOs are dual-trained personnel that provide both armed security and traffic control services, while TCOs provide full-time traffic control services and occasional unarmed security services.

Coraz Security requires all personnel to be professional, punctual and communicative. It is a small, family-owned business wherein we rely on each other to ensure that clients’ needs are met by top industry professionals. Responsibility and self-motivation are key attributes required for successful personnel, with the ability to operate both individually and with other members of the team and clients. The majority of our employees are retired law enforcement officers, former/retired military personnel or trained and experienced security industry professionals. Selection for employment is highly competitive and dependent on training, experience, mindset and capability.
