Position Overview
The Coraopolis Community Development Corporation (CCDC) is seeking a highly organized, people‑centered Office Manager & Campaign Coordinator to support the daily operations of the nonprofit and play a key role in advancing our multi‑year capital campaign, The Next Twenty Years. This part‑time position (24 hours/week across three days) ensures smooth administrative functioning, strengthens donor and volunteer engagement, and supports the Executive Director and Capital Campaign Steering Committee in achieving strategic goals.
Responsibilities
- Oversee administrative and office operations to ensure smooth daily functioning
- Manage donor relations and lead organizational communications
- Support the Executive Director and the Capital Campaign Steering Committee
- Coordinate and engage volunteers across programs and events
- Assist with accounting tasks, including deposits and donor processing
Qualifications
- Experience with administrative and clerical work Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
