As a Recreation Supervisor, you'll be responsible for supervising the recreation team and assisting the Recreation Manager. You'll oversee recreation facilities, ensuring positive and friendly guest relations. - Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies/service.
- Train team members with the needed knowledge of all activities in order to respond to guest inquiries accurately.
- Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Monitor cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas.
- Minimum 1 year of previous recreation experience.
- Must be able to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a hosptiality or resort enivornment preferred.
- Ability to provide legible communication and directions.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- The ability to work well in a team; adaptable and flexible.
- Hearing and visual ability to observe and detect signs of emergency situations.
Salary : $20
