- Monitor recreational facilities including pickleball courts, lakefront marina, walking trails, fitness centers, pools, and activity rooms.
- Plan, schedule, and execute a diverse range of recreational programs including fitness classes, social events, youth activities, seasonal camps, wellness workshops, and club tournaments.
- Develop new programs based on member interests, trends, and feedback.
- Coordinate instructors, vendors, and contractors for specialized activities.
- Promote activities and events through newsletters, social media, email communications, and club publications.
- Build strong relationships with members and residents to enhance satisfaction and participation.
- Welcome and orient new members to recreational offerings.
- Address member inquiries and resolve concerns professionally and promptly.
- Assist in organizing community-wide events such as holiday celebrations, themed socials, wellness fairs, and family festivals.
- Coordinate logistics including scheduling, space setup, equipment, staffing, and vendor arrangements.
- Ensure events meet safety standards and reflect the club's brand and service expectations.
- Ensure equipment is maintained, clean, and safe for use.
- Collaborate with the Golf Operations and Food/ Beverage teams to support member events and tournaments, as well as daily service.
- Bachelor's degree in Recreation Management, Hospitality, Sports Management, or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in recreation, club, hospitality, or resort environments.
- Strong organizational, communication, and event-planning skills.
- Customer-service oriented with the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- CPR/AED and First Aid certification preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Current boating license or the ability to obtain one is preferred
Salary : $20
