This position manages reservations, coordinates seating flow, and ensures that all members and guests receive attentive, personalized service consistent with the high standards of a private golf club environment.

Responsibilities
- Greet members and guests promptly and warmly upon arrival.
- Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating arrangements efficiently.
- Escort members and guests to tables and present menus.
- Communicate seating updates and special requests to servers and management.
- Maintain an organized and accurate reservation system.
- Answer phones professionally and assist with dining inquiries.
- Monitor dining room flow to optimize service and guest experience.
- Assist with special events, tournaments, and private functions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entry area.
- Thank members and guests as they depart and invite them to return.
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and polished demeanor.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and composed during busy service periods.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak golf season.
