Coral Springs Auto Mall is seeking motivated, energetic, and professional Express Technicians (Lube & Tire Technicians) to join our high-performing Service Department. Position Overview
This position is specifically for Express Technicians responsible for performing routine maintenance services efficiently and accurately in a high-volume service environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements
- Conduct thorough multi-point inspections to identify current and potential vehicle concerns
- Accurately read and interpret repair orders and service documentation
- Identify components that may require future service or repair
- Test drive vehicles as needed for diagnostic verification
- Maintain productivity and accuracy while working in a fast-paced environment
- Repair or replace worn components to prevent breakdowns and ensure vehicle safety
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment safely and effectively
- Work collaboratively with team members and service advisors to ensure excellent customer satisfaction
Essential Job Requirements
This is a physically demanding role in a fast-paced service department. Candidates must be able to:
- Stand and walk for extended periods of time throughout the entire shift
- Consistently lift, carry, and move 50 lbs of equipment and automotive parts (with or without assistance)
- Perform frequent bending, kneeling, stooping, reaching, and working in various positions
- Work in a shop environment with varying temperatures, noise levels, and exposure to automotive fluids
- Maintain strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and productivity under pressure
