You Will
- Create and lead fun activities for guests
- Gather all necessary equipment
- Recruit participants and guide the events
- Lead and supervise groups and individuals in the outdoors, ensuring their safety and teaching skills and techniques (e.g. hillwalking, mountain biking, caving)
- Brief participants about safety and logistics
- Design outdoor activity programs and products for different groups
- Design learning resources for groups
- Deliver training sessions or lessons in the outdoors and/or in a classroom environment
- Carry out and updates risk assessments
- Record accidents/incidents and writes incident reports
- Clean, maintain and prepare equipment
