About the Role
The Activities Supervisor is responsible for leading, coordinating, and enhancing recreational programs and guest activities across the property. From outdoor adventures to family-friendly events, youll play a key role in shaping the guest experience while supervising a team dedicated to fun, safety, and engagement.
What Youll Do
- Plan, organize, and oversee daily recreational activities and special events
- Supervise, train, and motivate activities staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Ensure all programs are safe, engaging, and aligned with park standards
- Coordinate outdoor adventures such as hiking, kayaking, team-building events, and seasonal programming
- Interact with guests to promote participation and provide outstanding hospitality
- Maintain activity schedules, equipment, and supply inventory
- Collaborate with other departments to support group events, conferences, and park-wide initiatives
What Were Looking For
- Previous experience in recreation, hospitality, outdoor leadership, or related field
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Energetic, outgoing personality with a passion for guest service
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) preferred
