About the Role
Were searching for a dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to oversee all aspects of our dining operations. This position is a key leadership role that shapes guests experience throughout our establishments. Youll guide operations for Smith Creek Tavern & Annas Italian each restaurant with its own personalityalong with banquet events for our groups and weddings.
What Youll Do
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing F&B team
- Oversee daily operations across restaurant, bar, and event spaces
- Partner closely with the Executive Chef to develop menus and seasonal offerings
- Ensure exceptional guest service and resolve issues with professionalism
- Manage inventory, purchasing, and vendor relationships with an eye for sustainability
- Monitor financial performance, control costs, and drive revenue across multiple outlets
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations
- Champion a culture of hospitality, teamwork, and continuous improvement
