Our Maintenance leader is the key person to ensure quality of the property. This includes unit inspections and completing necessary repairs, unit turn over, repairs and replacement of floors and walls, and painting. Requires a commitment to excellence and willingness to do what it takes to keep the property at the highest quality.
Summary
As a Maintenance Tech for Apartments and Renovations, you will be a vital team member responsible for ensuring the upkeep and functionality of our properties. With skills in mechanical HVAC knowledge, plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and facilities maintenance, you will perform a variety of tasks to keep our properties in the highest quality condition for our tenants. Become a member of our team and help us ensure our properties meet the highest possible standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English
- Installation of flooring and carpet
- HVAC knowledge and experience
- Above average drywall skills
- Troubleshooting capability
- Experience repairing of kitchen appliances (refrigerators, stoves, etc.)
- Strong residential painting skills
- Solid electrical skills
- Experience using an ohmmeter.

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
