Duties
- Provide prompt, friendly, and efficient service to guests at the bar, dining area, and outdoor cart stations.
- Take orders accurately
- Serve food and beverages with professionalism, upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales.
- Manage food handling and sanitation protocols in accordance with food safety standards to ensure a clean and safe environment.
- Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness of service areas to support smooth operations.
- Engage with guests to foster positive relations, handle inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and promote ongoing guest loyalty.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems ; experience with cashiering or basic math skills is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures.
- Ability to manage time effectively during busy periods while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience in fine dining or nightclub settings is advantageous but not required.
