Looking for a Floor Manager for a face-paced, retail entertainment venue.
The ideal candidate:
- has great communication skills with customers and owners in person, electronic, and via phone
- has managerial experience running the day-to-day operations and delegating tasks to Assistant Managers and employees
- has the ability to run parties, events, and train others
- can keep track of inventories and ordering
- can create and publish the schedule
- keep a friendly and engaging environment for customers and employees
- has experience with hiring and firing
- has a flexible schedule to work days, nights, or weekends and could fill in for emergencies
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
