The Coral Casino, by Chef Thomas Keller, is located within the iconic and recently restored Montecito social club. Now, for the first time in nearly a century, this historic restaurant and landmark will be open to the public. Located along the picturesque coastline of the Pacific Ocean and Butterfly Beach, it will blend its storied past with a modern approach, featuring Chef Thomas Keller’s reimagined Continental cuisine for today’s contemporary audience. 

Chef Thomas Keller's newest project is looking for individuals who are enthusiastic about food, beverage, and hospitality to join the team as a Barista.  

Qualified candidates will possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar environment.  

The Barista is responsible for all aspects of coffee and hot beverage service to the guests. In addition, the Barista will buff silver and glassware as needed, promptly clean tabletops and chairs between seatings, and be willing to assist other team members in their duties upon request.
