What you’ll do
- Provide physical therapy evaluations and ongoing treatment to pediatric patients in their homes, schools, and everyday environments
- Support gross motor, mobility, strength, coordination, gait and balance, and more
- Choose your geographic area, set your own hours, and decide how many families you work with

Requirements
- Master’s-level PT with independent state licensure
- NPI number (or willingness to obtain one)
- At least 1 year of pediatric experience (new grads with pediatric rotations welcome)
- Comfortable working independently in home and community settings
