Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Physical Therapist role based in Melbourne, FL. The Physical Therapist will evaluate and design tailored treatment plans for patients, focusing on improving mobility, alleviating pain, and restoring function. Key responsibilities include conducting patient assessments, developing personalized therapeutic interventions, documenting progress, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals. The role requires providing exceptional care in alignment with CORA's patient-centered philosophy while maintaining high standards of excellence and integrity.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Physical Therapy, Patient Care, and Rehabilitation therapies
- Knowledge of Medicine and its application to patient recovery and therapy
- Experience providing Home Care services is a plus
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Florida or eligible to obtain licensure
- Ability to build strong relationships with patients and multidisciplinary team members
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
