What are the responsibilities and job description for the Compliance Specialist position at COR Medical Centers?
We are seeking a Compliance Specialist to support day-to-day healthcare compliance operations across multiple medical office locations. This role focuses on documentation, audits, tracking, and regulatory readiness under the direction of Compliance leadership.
Key Duties
· Maintain compliance logs, trackers, and documentation
· Support AHCA licensure, renewals, and audit preparation
· Assist with Joint Commission readiness and standards tracking
· Conduct internal compliance audits and track corrective actions
· Support HIPAA, OSHA, and infection control documentation
· Assist with QAPI documentation and follow-ups
· Verify provider licenses monthly and support HR file audits
· Coordinate compliance training records
Requirements
· 2–4 years of healthcare compliance, regulatory, or medical administration experience
· Working knowledge of AHCA, HIPAA, OSHA, and Joint Commission standards
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
· Experience in a multi-site medical practice preferred

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
