We’re seeking a Paid Media Specialist with proven experience driving results across Meta and Google Ads. This is not an entry-level role. We’re looking for someone who’s confident in their ability to build, manage, and optimize campaigns that deliver consistent ROI — someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, manages performance with precision, and understands how paid media integrates into broader marketing strategy.About the Role

You’ll manage paid campaigns across multiple clients and industries, collaborating closely with our strategy and creative teams to bring brand stories to life through performance marketing. Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and optimize Meta and Google Ads campaigns that drive measurable conversions.
  • Conduct data-driven analysis and make proactive recommendations for performance improvement.
  • Create and manage audience targeting strategies, ad copy testing, and creative performance reviews.
  • Track and report key metrics (CPL, ROAS, CTR, etc.) and translate data into actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with the COR team to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all campaigns.
  • Stay current on platform updates, ad policies, and best practices for compliance and innovation.

Qualifications

  • 3 years of hands-on experience managing paid campaigns with proven results.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, with familiarity in YouTube, LinkedIn, and retargeting platforms.
  • Agency experience preferred — ability to manage multiple accounts and client relationships efficiently.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ease interpreting data for optimization and reporting.
  • Confident communicator who brings solutions and innovation, not just reports.
  • Organized, proactive, and committed to excellence across every client account.

Compensation & Structure

  • Contractor (1099) position with potential for long-term, contract-to-hire transition.
