COR Health is hiring a Children’s Field Supervisor to oversee and support Behavioral Health Professionals (BHPs) serving children under MaineCare Section 28.

What You’ll Do
- Supervise and mentor Behavioral Health Professionals (BHPs)
- Support families in implementing Individual Treatment Plans (ITPs)
- Collaborate with schools and treatment teams
- Ensure services meet MaineCare Section 28 standards
- Provide monthly supervision and performance feedback
- Model professionalism, accountability, and strength-based care
As you transition, you may also carry a BHP caseload, providing one-on-one skill development and behavioral support services.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Education, Behavioral Health, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience working with children in behavioral or mental health services
- Natural leadership and mentoring ability
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass required background and registry checks
- Willingness to obtain BHP Certification within 30 days
