Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service to enhance their shopping experience
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately for transactions including cash handling and credit card processing
- Ensure products are well-stocked and organized on shelves
- Assist with receiving, unboxing, and prepping new inventory for the sales floor.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when handling inquiries or assisting remote customers
- General store maintenance and light cleaning of the store
- Assist with daily social media posting and develop attractive, engaging social media content.
- Quick and effective problem solving skills
- Well organized and detail oriented
- Punctual time management skills
Experience
- Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a customer-focused attitude are essential
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures
- Strong communication skills for engaging with customers
- Familiar with social media
