Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Naples, FL, for a dedicated Pool Technician. The Pool Technician will be responsible for:
- Inspecting and maintaining pool equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Testing and balancing water chemistry including chlorine, pH, and alkalinity
- Cleaning pools including skimming, brushing, vacuuming, and tile care
- Identifying and communicating repair or maintenance needs
- Performing filter cleanings and basic equipment service
- Maintaining service records using mobile software
- Representing Coquina professionally at each property
Qualifications
- Proficiency in pool cleaning, water testing, and safe chemical handling
- Experience in basic equipment maintenance and repair
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and professionalism with clients
- Reliable, punctual, and detail oriented
- Ability to work independently and manage a consistent schedule
- Strong work ethic and ability to work outdoors year round
- Ability to lift 50 plus pounds and handle physical work
- Experience is a plus but not required. We train the right people
