Position : High school student providing targeted tutoring for two hours, five days per week through December 18th.
Position Overview: To perform small group tutoring, supervision duties, and behavior management in support of classroom teachers.
Key Responsibilities and Job Functions
- Provide homework help and educational support to 2nd–6th grade students.
- Build strong, positive, and encouraging relationships with children.
- Assist staff in leading structured activities and maintaining a safe learning space.
- Serve as a reliable, positive role model every day.
- Actively monitor and supervise 2nd-6th graders on the playground if needed.
Qualifications & Expectations
- Dependability: Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential (10 hours/week, 2 hours/day).
