We are looking for a talented and highly organized Sous Chef to join our kitchen team in Raleigh, NC.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves cooking, thrives in a fast-paced kitchen, and takes pride in running an organized and efficient service.

- Experience with prep, line execution, ordering, and inventory

- Minimum 3 years kitchen leadership experience preferred
Responsibilities:
- Assist Executive Chef with daily kitchen operations
- Lead and support line cooks and prep team
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation
- Help manage inventory, ordering, and food cost controls
- Maintain sanitation and health standards
- Train and develop kitchen staff
