Body Sculpting Studio Assistant

Part-Time | $18–$20 per hour | Training & Advancement Opportunities

About the Position

We are seeking a dependable, professional, and detail-oriented Body Sculpting Studio Assistant to join our growing aesthetics business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in the beauty, wellness, and body contouring industry who wants to develop their skills and grow within an established business.

The ideal candidate takes pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment and understands the importance of providing an exceptional client experience.

This position will initially focus on studio support and client preparation, with the opportunity for a qualified and successful team member to pursue employer-sponsored body sculpting training and certification and eventually transition into a treatment provider role.

We are looking for someone who wants to contribute to a team, develop professionally, and build a long-term career in the aesthetics industry.

Responsibilities

Studio Operations & Sanitation

• Prepare treatment rooms before and between client appointments.
• Launder, fold, and organize towels, linens, and other treatment supplies.
• Clean and sanitize treatment equipment and surfaces according to established protocols and manufacturer instructions.
• Restock supplies and maintain an organized, professional studio environment.
• Assist with opening, closing, and general studio upkeep as needed.

Client Experience

• Welcome clients and help them feel comfortable and cared for.
• Assist with client preparation and room transitions.
• Take professional before-and-after photographs in accordance with client consent and privacy policies.
• Help maintain a smooth, organized appointment schedule.
• Communicate professionally with clients and provide excellent customer service.

Growth & Development

• Learn studio procedures, treatment protocols, and client-care standards.
• Participate in training and demonstrate competency in assigned responsibilities.
• Work toward additional training and certification opportunities as approved by the business.
• Potentially transition into performing body sculpting treatments independently once appropriately trained, certified where required, and authorized to do so.

Qualifications

• Dependable, punctual, and professional.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable with cleaning, laundry, sanitation, and repetitive hands-on tasks.
• Friendly, approachable, and comfortable interacting with clients.
• Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and follow established procedures.
• Able to work independently while contributing to a team.
• Previous experience in a spa, salon, med spa, aesthetics business, hospitality, or customer service is a plus but not required.

No previous body sculpting experience is required. We are willing to consider the right candidate who demonstrates professionalism, reliability, a strong work ethic, and a genuine interest in the industry.

Compensation & Opportunities

• Starting pay: approximately $18–$20 per hour, depending on experience and final responsibilities.
• Part-time schedule, with expected hours and availability discussed during the interview.
